my body is hurting all over...

shoots....

it feels lyk a jelly all the time
and there are needles poking me...
i can't see those needles..
need find them
SERIOUSLY it's POKING ME
and it bloody HURTS...
ARgHH>>>>

shall tell you the cause of my bodily pain

i went for the 1 star kayaking course....
yes it was fun lahh...
we did some practise on moving the kayak
and a did a capsize....
haha
so fun
we were swimming in the river..!!!!
my dear partner, arica, was so sacred
to capsize!! haha!!! super kuku x))
did more practise and keep bumping
into others (gosh lah steering from the back is
so freaking DIFFICULT! it uses all ur strength LOL)

ANYWAY

it rained towards the end...
all of us were drenched wet to the skin
but we all wanted to be drenched more
coz there's lyk sand EVERYWHERE
and i have an EXTREME need to wash it off!!
the sand keeps getting to my eyes
SO PAIN LAH>>>>

yeah..lyk i said we were all drenched
and i was BLOODY COLD!!!
bahh... i ended up being the last one
to leave the place....

went home...
bathe...
ate lyk a pig(bout 4 plates)
and slept on the sofa IMMEDIATELY
bAHH
i just woke up lahh.. im bloody tired...
bahh....

i forgot to mention...
I SMELT THE WONDERFUL SMELL
of the FIRE BURNING!!!!
afTER SO LONG!!!!
i seriously miss that smell....
yeah...
had best practise day in sch...
the sec 3 guides visited the
ncc, npcc and redcross
BUT WE DIDN"T GET TO do
FIELD COOKING!!!!
SAD lah!!!
they did chocolate bananas...
I WANT TO DO!!!!!!
hUH!!!!
while i was missing the FIRE.....
we had fun at the other ug booths x)
at ncc, we did range card, rifle drills
and field signals....
whOOTS i think the range card was
quite interesting though i dunnoe wad
it is for....
i think my range card so cute lah!!!

actually, my range card is some 6 other
people range cards too
but i did most of the work so yeah....
haha
and i got a 8.5!!! haha !! wHOOTS
hehe.. adlin said it was gd for a first timer...
hAHHA!!!!

den at red cross we learn how to make a
portable strechter and learned how to make
a fake wound...
HAHA...
i think that it was the funniest part of the whole
event....
i keep puting all the ingredients on my arms
and it ended up looking as if i spilled
strawberry jam on it...
HAHAHA
it was difficult to wash it off LLOL!!!
i used a LOT of vaseline...

it was so fun!!!
nearly everyone tried at least once....
i like the hanging upside down thingy....
it was freaking funny LOL
haha.. those who tried it out was so scared
but they did it anyway...
i tell you i keep laughing
through out the whole thing
haha!!!
everyone kept saying silly things
hehe...

at least... the day wasn't so bad ehh??
