Wednesday, April 30, 2008* Of clean paintbrushes and ice-cream *A wonderful day! with exception of the freaking boring ns talk that they had. Yes i know it's important for us to have a basic knowledge of it but HECK! 1.5 hours is TOO LONG. Especially when everyone is DARN HUNGRY.Anyway, it was the first time i ever saw 0831 doing work in the canteen for such a long time on a wednesday! Normally Wednesdays are just free and easy as some had 3.5 hours break. It was like most of us really rushing and doing our work instead of turning up to the tutorial empty handed. I was very amused at that and thus! YEAY! rush hw! x) most of us were doing work except for a few lah, like miss lim qx for instance. She was as per normal, playing around noisily. I knew that but it only caught my attention when she starts squealing and half crying. *SHEESH* AEP CLUB ELECTIONS! CONGRATULATIONS! To our new president, vice president and photographer! Enci, Debwuah, and JO! *jo please don't blackmail me! The speeches were interesting but i was cleaning my paintbrushes the whole time. HRM. It's nice to see that there's not much politics in Aep club except for the fact that everyone can't really interact with everyone else due to our drastic timetables. Yaokhuan wrote on a piece of cardboard, AEP CLUB RAWKS! i so agree x) Im going to watch Gandhi at debwuah's house tmr! PW PW PW PW is annoying but at least is tolerable right now. WHOOHOOOTTTSSSS!!!!! Apparently it has been breeding mosquito larvae ever since the last remaining fish died tragically. My brother found out about it and attempted many ways to kill the larvae before it became mosquitoes. No wonder my feet has been quite itchy for a few days. THANKS TO THAT! My dad decided to THROW IT AWAY! YES! After 7 years of fish tank misery for me. I hate it to the core, ok? i was gloomy this morning but coffee bun makes everything better. x) i shall now excitedly go finish my maths tutorial 4b before the family outing later to swensens!!! Friday, April 25, 2008* it's the WEEKENDS!!!! *yeay! finally i can do art.Cleared 3rd draft of PI, Maths test, Econs test and all the freaking tutorials for the week! YEAY! i got back my gp essay and i freaking failed by 1/2 a mark. DAMN. She commented that im rambling too much. Maybe i am! If that's my problem, i guess i really need to work harder on my gp. *SIGHS* Erm Erm Erm. There were many things that happened this week. I can't really recall them well because i really was exhausted. WAIT. i forgot the most important FACT. I LOST MY HANDBOOK. i feel super lost without it because i write down my school work inside that book coz i can't be bothered to remember them. THERE"S ALOT OF THINGS INSIDE..... :( whoever finds it please return it to me! It may look like junk to you but it's really important to me. i really need it back. yeah. During Econs lecture test, my hair band broke. i was wearing 2 so i didn't mind the first time. But the second time, it BROKE AGAIN! i had my loyal hairclip with me so i twirled my hair and CLIP. i ended up playing with my hair all the way until geog lecture. ;)  During Econs in the morning, i was kinda nodding off. i didn't really get to pay attention that much though i know what mr nandwani was talking about. He was making a statement about singapore's most important economic tool being the Singapore Currency and he scared the hell out of me by suddenly asking "Syahidah, So what's the next Qns?" I was in a daze. Everyone knew i was kinda nodding off and i went "huh? why?" coz i was really blur. He excitedly said "YES! you're RIGHT! WHY!" And the whole class burst out laughing. was sleepy again in gp. i was drawing sheeps to keep me awake. The irony, SHEEPS. i was half closing my eyes when Rachel suddenly punched me. i woke up immediately due to pure shock. "Don't Sleep" she tells me. A few minutes later, she was the one putting her head on the table. MY TURN! She woke up from shock too! x) my brother's reminding me to do art already. *sighs* Fine. To nic tay whom i know reads this blog. You drop hints like a girl! We get it lah! x) *SMILES* Tuesday, April 22, 2008* your homework indicator says that...... *you are ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS about GRAPHING.and it's annoying the HELL out of you. you are attempting very hard on the qns but it just doesn't seem to make sense to you. you feel extremely annoyed. and you decide to pen down your frustrations. and the paper in front of you is probably feeling hot coz you are staring at it so intendly that it will BURN. WHAT THE H~ anyway, i was late for school today. Reached school at 8.15 with freaking wet shoes, uncombed hair and damn lots of things. Climbed to the the 5th floor. I was obviously late for econs and wonderfully i realise that i didn't have my tutorial with me. damn. Maths was just a swirl coz i didn't get what that woman was saying the whole freaking time. i den went with tiak to paint but i did very little coz i was explaining the whole uob idea to mr lau and did abit of sandimation. went for ct, ate lunch and art again. My head HURTS from all the art things. 8*sighs* that's why im like doing maths. BUT I SEE NO PROGRESS!!! *sighs* *sighs* *sighs* i wanna tear my paper. Monday, April 21, 2008* tons of homework load. LANDED. *i couldn't wake up today. CRAMPS CRAMPS CRAMPS.oh and i slept late coz i was painting. Today was kinda smooth sailing i guess. with exception of me not doing my maths tutorial and not wanting to go for PE. but i did go. and i could barely stand the amount of things that i was carrying to malay lesson. That tired. sheesh. i had to take pictures today for art tmr. Took me kinda alot of guts to take out my camera and start to snap photos of people on the bus? yeah they were staring. i read econs on the bus too. finished the whole lecture set 4. now my book is highlighted mostly in PINK. Me and Tiak went to the art room early to paint. i didn't do alot. Because i didn't really like how the paint dries freaking fast in the air conditioned art room. SHEESH. my ahma looks like a piece of shit coz i didn't paint her properly? OH. And the 3 faces of my brother, tiak and deborah kept saying that he was handsome. EW. EW. EW. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWness. The scholarship interview was today. Those involve were getting ready i guess. The atmosphere in the art room was kinda unstable for some reason. sunny at times, stormy at others. Qx basically turned the gloomy atmosphere to a brighter ones, with her funny comments. If im not wrong the last one goes like this, as she took out her fake specs and wore it, she said " do i look like the ulimate nerd now?" and she walks out of the door. We laughed x). That's all i guess. I need to rush econs now den art later x) BYE! Saturday, April 19, 2008* a perfectionist is... *someone who does everything perfectly and is obsessed in doing so.A person who without realising it, attempts to be a perfectionist, will become damn frustrated. That person would just look at the work that she's doing and feel like throwing it away. but i SURVIVED! muahaaha! 3days! it's finally done. how ANNOYING painting skin is and how precise the colour must be. ANYWAY, i wanted to post something about yesterday but i forgot already. My homework day turned into a day where i only paint. im lagging behind. do you think 30 mins is enough to attempt finishing my other homework? NAHH.... it'll drag into the night. but that's what im gonna do now anyway x) Thursday, April 17, 2008* i see a storm ahead. *im done with my second draft of PI. It took me 2 hours?heck, i tried my best. i got my PW group today. I seriously think that Mr Toh is damn funny. I think that he groups us according to how busy we are so that we can't complain and compare on how damn bloody busy we are, and i was made the team leader, through a random pick. My PW group consist of me, Deborah, Liling, Stanley and Paul. 2 Aep students, 2 dragonboaters, 1 from judo. We are extremely busy people. YEAY! Art looks like it's gonna kill me in this period of two weeks. Wish me luck, coz i see myself not sleeping through the night.*groans* im gonna start work now. Wednesday, April 16, 2008* it's a wonder! *Whee!!!i just got back! Suddenly i feel like being so hardworking and go work my ass of tonight chionging homework. Surprises of the day! I get the train man book! YES!!!! like finally!!!!! after years of waiting for the book! it FINALLY reaches my hands. i read it halfway already x) But i realise how unglam i must have looked when i fell asleep while reading the book on the bus just now. I think my mouth was open the whole time? THANKS FARAH!!! Econs was quite FUNNY. Narwani got excited in teaching PED, XED and YED parts. He back tracks to his past and starts talking about his experiences in public transport, boy im glad that we managed to get experience the better services of public transport today. OH and he says, that if you ever wanna annoy your parents, just start talking about GST, Road Tax, CEO and finally, ARF and PARF! (he deems this words as BAD words) MUAHAHAHA. damn funny. We had a 3 hour break coz GEOG was CANCELLED X) WHEE!!! mr ng has some conference thingy. went to eat breakfast before heading off for the library! Suppose to be reading trainman but ended up talking with o831. We are damn nonsensical! CLub time was somewhat frustrating. Annoyed coz we had to flip the pictures as we took the picture the wrong side up. DAMN. But the unofficial gathering off j1 and j2 was damn fun. OK! im off to do SOVA! x) Tuesday, April 15, 2008* finally breathing. *For once, in a long time, i feel like i can breathe easier.Critique is over. the first one only i guess. But yeah. it's over. art critique was nerve wreaking but it became fun in the end. no thanks to a certain someone. who totally lost all his respect in my eyes. idiotic. critique might be over, but i feel like i wanna do better. Monday, April 14, 2008* a sweet day of laughter! *i realised that i never post anything on my birthdays previously.Though im rushing through art now, for critique tmr, i definitely wanna pen this down, at least before the day's over. i woke up forgetting that it was my birthday. Just feeling crap because i fell asleep on the floor again, coz i was drawing yesterday. i only realized it when i checked my phone x) first one from debwuah! i went back to sleeping mode on the bus but i was woken up fully by debra and muyao's call. they sang me a birthday song over the phone! omg it was just to sweet! Thank you guys! And Debra gave a cute bear! i have yet to name it This year, im not really expecting much at all, being in a new school and all but you know, you are just sometimes just happy that people remember that it's your special day. Especially those that you haven seen in such a long time. thank you guys! syazwani, debwuah, tiak hui, hanis, sandra, fadilah, debra, muyao, manprit, haoyi, jia hao, felicia, erpei, sianru, avery, farah, farhan, mujia, daniel, filzah, vishalini, anger, jiani, siwei. and many other too. and LOVELY o831!!!!! especially o831. Qx came over and covered my eyes, and pulled me over. and i hear a birthday song, and i see a birthday cake. and i just couldn't stop smiling. den i hear the cedar version. Oh, man im just a sucker for loud birthday songs. Sunday, April 13, 2008* running noses. *my nose is seriously leaking. and im actually contemplating on stuffing a tissue up my nose like how clemont does it every time i managed to get a glimpse of him.it's my last half an hour as a 16 year old girl. and i just wanna say that the sixteenth year is definitely the most eventful one yet. i went through ups and downs. lots of them. i discovered many things and obsessed over some. i still am doing so. suju and dbsk LOVE. i had to say goodbye though i didn't want to. i said many new hellos. i found a place that i don't regret going and im gonna spend 2 years there. and im taking art again. though i swore to myself last year that i would not take it again. it's not as sweet as i imagined that it would be when i was younger. but it definitely leaves a lingering taste. now a short summary on some stuff. friday a whole day with o831 = endless fun nanyang got talent = fantastic show stanley + singing = awed classmates who would probably see him in a newer light. voting + 0831 = madness! sunday running nose + madrasah = annoyed syahidah syazwani + chocolates = happy syahidah Coffee buns + vending machine and mee siam = extremly happy syahidah running nose + drawing = annoyed syahidah. x)) Saturday, April 05, 2008* let's pause everything. *i feel like im waiting for something.but i don't know what it is. i feel like fast fowarding everything. but i dun really want it to end so soon. i want to appreciate the times now but im always anticipating the future, thinking about the future more than the present. why? Tuesday, April 01, 2008* gastric? haha! *i didn't go school today.thanks to the splitting headache, fever and stomach pain. I think i mumbled pain to my grandmother at 6am and she let me sleep on. i only woke up when Tiak called me precisely at 7.30am. *groans* by den my parents are already pestering me to go bathe. went to see doctor, had a one day mc for gastric, headache. got 3 packets of pills which looks bitter. taste bitter. what the hell am i expecting? the headache part, understandable. the gastric part, i dun understand. i thought i ate properly! now im attempting to paint so that i can at least show a decent piece of work to lau tmr. oh. and it just occured to me that it's the first april? April's FOOL. i wonder what happened.... quite uneventful for me. |
