ok. the lactic acid produced by the muscles during exercise is built up in the muscle cells and thus causing pain or fatigue. i had too much lactic acid in my muscles at abt 3.50pm today. i was nearly DYING! bahh.. had pt for guides today but sumhow throughout the pt session i kept thinking abt bio and anearobic respiration.. hehe! i really lyk that topic even though my head was kinda nodding off when mrs gay taught that topic ages ago..

just rmbed something very funny! haha!! today during english when we were suppose to finish up our draft 2 essays, adlin was being bored so she started to ask mr chai random qns.

that whole conversation with mr chai was damn weird. found out lots of thing abt him lah... very funny when the class gets him to talk abt his life. i think i found out one INTERESTING fact frm him which i dunnoe if it's true or not. MEN LYK TO PRETEND TO BE OLDER. dun care how much older... BAHH i think that's stupid and kinda true ONLY up to extend. must thank adlin for making him talk. hehe + adlin talks crap lyk nearly very lesson. in a maths she was talkin to mrs chia and trying to tell her that e maths lesson kinda sux so she said...

EXCELLENT maths she told us... hah! not gonna work...

woah... my com just flickered. anyway, hehe drawing is fun! you take no notice of time when you draw... it's just that it feels that time stopped for a while when you draw. that kinda happened during art lesson and the patrol corner when i was drawing the morning glory for the patrol flag. i kinda got lost in time. before i knew it time was up! haha but i managed to finish drawing wad im supposed to. hehe patrol corner was fun! the whole mg was lyk so lively and talking crap. uma was doing all the talking as usual. and as usual i'll be there to rebutt some of her comments... hehe surprisingly the quieter mg patrol sec 1 and 2 were helping me draw the flag design. hui ge and melissa surprisingly talk about lots of stuff.. woah serious talking.... den when im drawing the mg, the sec2 grace and melissa crawled over and tried to peep to what i wad drawing. hehe i got a shock when i looked up to them. hehe so cute!

anyway alot of things happened today lah... very funny things and not so funny things.
haha!
