* ikea shopping! *

Im suppose to finish up ALL my marking today so that i can go out and play tmr with ling and maybe jo, if she has already come back from the awesome switz alps. But my dad decided to go ikea to shop for a new wardrobe and bookcase for my brothers.

Actually, a few days ago, I came back from school, and i saw that there was a lot of rubbish outside the house, rements of wood and alot of old things that we forgot about. Basically stuff that were hidden away in my brothers room. I went into the house and i found all their clothes and stuff sprawled all over the hallway. The wardrobe had been hacked and thrown away.

SO today was SHOPPING! It was basically alot of deciding between my mom and dad and a bit of my opinion here and there. My brothers were like running ALL over the place. It took us abit of time, but we manage to find what wanted :) Im getting a new bookshelf too! so awesome! The admin part was the longest part, and i was already tired from yesterday and walking around. So i found a nice high chair and fell asleep on the table. The aircon is so cool and ideal for sleeping :) I slept quite long and woke up only when my handphone fell on the floor with a loud THUD! i picked it up and sat stoning, listening to 3 of the ikea stuff talking about their heights. A teenage guy's height, a adult man's height and a adult woman's height. The adults were saying how tall their kids are already, pshhttttt, i stood up and walked pass them. i taller than their kids lor. hahaha. i lose to teenage boy and adult man lah of course. my dad got what he wanted and we went for lunch at geylang after that.

It's suppose to be like a restaurant but it was more like a hawker center with aircon and all the traditional cruisines there. Me and my brother were like damn hungry so we decided to choose the stall with the no queue. The Vietnamese stall. I bought a mi bok something which is something like beef noodles with spices and my brother bought beef noodles. WAH. the best new dish i tasted in YEARS. i love the lemony taste and the minty leaf taste in the noodle. It was strong yet it blends into the soup nicely. WILL GO AND EAT THERE AGAIN :)

The thing about going out on a saturday afternoon, no matter where you go or what you do, the end result will always be the same, SLEEPING OUT THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON and wake up only when the sun has set. damn awesome, and it rained too :)

im going to go start my marking now and wait patiently for my parents to come back from the alexandra ikea branch with my new bookshelf. So awesome ;)
